When is the VIP suite dropped off and picked up?
The $695 VIP suite price covers 1 to 2 days on site. We deliver Mon–Sat between 7 AM and 7 PM, and the driver calls or texts 30 to 60 minutes ahead. We do not deliver or pick up on Sunday. A Sunday event means a Saturday drop and a Monday pickup.
Most Saturday weddings get a Friday or Saturday morning drop. That leaves time to connect power and water before guests arrive. If you need set-up inside a set hour, a timed 1-hour delivery window adds $45.
How is the VIP suite serviced?
The VIP suite arrives cleaned, stocked and tested. Our crew levels the trailer, connects power and water, and checks the flush, sink, lights, A/C and heat. After a 1- to 2-day event, we pump the tank and clean the suite at pickup. Long-term office rentals get a set service schedule.
