Do you pump RV and camper holding tanks at my site?
Jack Rental Works pumps RV and camper holding tanks at your site on our service route. Our own truck and tech come to the RV, so you never unhook or drive to a dump station. Price is quoted by tank size and location. A visit that fits 1 of our existing routes costs less than an off-route trip.
| RV pump-out factor | How it affects your quote |
|---|---|
| Tank size | Larger tanks, or more tanks, take more truck capacity and time. |
| Location | Sites in Zone 1 cost less than a lease out in Zone 3 or 4. |
| On-route vs. off-route | A stop on a route we already run costs less than a special trip. |
| Schedule | A regular stop, like weekly, fits our route better than a one-time call. |
All waste is hauled to a permitted disposal facility. Tell us if gray tanks also need pumping, so the quote covers every tank.
How does an on-site RV pump-out visit work?
An on-site RV pump-out visit takes 5 simple steps, from your text to the tech leaving. You send tank sizes and a pin. Jack quotes by text, usually within 15 minutes during business hours. We set the stop on our route. The driver calls or texts 30–60 minutes ahead, then pumps the tank at your RV.
- Text the details. Number of tanks, size in gallons, RV or camper type, and a GPS pin.
- Get the quote. Jack texts an itemized price with tax shown. On-route options are marked.
- Pick a route day. We schedule the stop on the day our truck runs near you, Monday through Saturday.
- Prep the site. Clear a lane for the truck to park near the sewer outlet. Share any gate code.
- Pump-out. The tech hooks to your outlet, pumps the tank and leaves. You can be at work.

What restrooms do RV parks and man camps need?
RV parks and man camps usually need standard porta potties for shared areas and at least 1 hand-washing station near the cook or laundry area. For crews living on site, we recommend 1 standard unit per 10 people with weekly service. In summer heat, crews of 10 or more do better with twice-weekly service.
| Site | Common setup | Starting at, pre-tax, per 28-day cycle |
|---|---|---|
| RV park common area | Standard units + 1 handwash station | $155 per unit + $125 per station |
| Man camp / crew housing | 1 standard unit per 10 people | $155 per unit |
| Camp with visitors in wheelchairs | Add 1 wheelchair-accessible unit | $215 |
| Office or cook trailer | Deluxe flushing unit with sink | $245 |
| Summer crews of 10+ | Twice-weekly service | +$60 per cycle per unit |
Delivery and pickup is a one-time $65 in Zone 1 and $95 in Zone 2. Each standard porta potty has a 60-gallon tank rated at about 200 uses between services.
Can you set porta potties at a hunting camp or ranch?
We can set porta potties at a hunting camp or ranch anywhere in our 4 delivery zones. Send a GPS pin, gate code and directions past any cattle guards. There is no ranch-road surcharge unless a 4x4 tow is needed. Most hunting camps keep 1 or 2 units for a season on a 28-day cycle.
- Free combination lock on request, so the unit stays yours between hunts.
- Every unit is staked or strapped against spring wind.
- Non-toxic antifreeze goes in toilet tanks during freezing weeks.
- Hand-washing stations may be swapped for sanitizer dispensers when nights drop below 28°F.
Only need a unit for deer season or a summer camp? See seasonal porta potty rentals for plans that match the season.
How do you service temporary crew housing near a lease?
Temporary crew housing near a lease gets the same weekly route service as our oilfield pads. Porta potties are pumped, scrubbed, sanitized and restocked every 7 days, with a dated tag on each door. RV and camper tanks at the same site can join that stop, which keeps the pump-out on-route and costs down.
One stop, two jobs
When our truck is already at the camp to service porta potties, adding camper tanks to that visit is the on-route option.
One account
Companies housing crews can bill porta potties to a company account. Net-30 is available after approval.
Moves with the rig
When the crew moves to the next lease, text us the new pin. We pull units and set them at the new camp.
For the pads and frac spreads themselves, see our oilfield porta potty rental page. Billing details are on long-term rentals.
Should I pump my RV tank or rent a porta potty for the crew?
Pump the RV tank when 1 or 2 people live in a camper with working plumbing. Rent a porta potty when 5 or more people share a site, or when the RV tank fills too fast between pump-outs. Many camps do both: campers get pumped on route, and shared areas get standard units.
| Question | RV / camper pump-out | Porta potty rental |
|---|---|---|
| Who uses it | The people living in that RV | Anyone on the site |
| Price | Quoted by tank size and location | From $155 per 28-day cycle, pre-tax |
| Service | On the route schedule you choose | Weekly, included in the 28-day rate |
| Supplies | You stock your own RV | We restock paper and sanitizer each visit |
| Water or power needed | Your RV's own hookups | None |
A porta potty also takes load off a camper tank. Crews that use the shared unit during the day stretch the time between RV pump-outs.

More questions about RV & Camper Pump-Out and Porta Potties for Crew Housing
Do you pump out my RV or camper?
Yes. We pump RV and camper holding tanks at your site with our own truck and tech, on our service route. Price is quoted by tank size and location. A stop on a route we already run costs less than a special trip off-route. Waste goes to a permitted disposal facility.
Do you do the pumping yourselves or sub it out?
We do the pumping ourselves. Jack Rental Works runs its own trucks and its own service techs out of our yard at 3308 Henderson St in Midland. The same crew that services our porta potties pumps RV holding tanks. Nobody else shows up at your site.
How much is an RV pump-out?
An RV pump-out is quoted by tank size and location. Text us how many tanks, their size in gallons and a pin for the site. A visit that fits a route we already run in your area costs less than an off-route trip. Jack texts an itemized quote with 8.25% tax shown.
Can you pump my camper every week while I'm working out here?
Yes. Many crew members park a camper near the job for months. We can add your camper to a weekly or every-other-week stop on our route. Regular on-route stops keep the cost down compared to calling for a one-time trip.
What do you need from me before the truck comes?
We need the tank sizes, the location of the sewer outlet, a clear lane for our truck to park close to the RV, and any gate code. Close the black-tank valve until the tech arrives. You do not need to be there if the outlet is easy to reach and the site is pinned.
Will the porta potty water freeze at a hunting camp in winter?
Toilet tanks will not freeze in normal cold weeks, because we add non-toxic antifreeze when freezing weather is coming. Hand-washing station water can freeze below about 28°F overnight. In those weeks we may swap the station for sanitizer dispensers until it warms up.
