Same-Day Porta Potty: What to Have Ready
When you need a porta potty today, the clock matters more than anything else. Having 7 details ready before you call turns a same-day porta potty order into a short call and a truck on the road.
Same-day cutoff is 12:00 PM Mon–Sat (Central)

- Delivery areaSame-day delivery covers Zone 1 (Midland–Odessa) and Zone 2 (up to about 50 miles).
- ArrivalOrder by 12:00 PM Mon–Sat for same-day; after noon means next-morning delivery, no rush fee.
- Which unitFor a quick order, a standard porta potty is the simplest unit to place.
- CleaningEvery unit arrives clean and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
- Full costSame-day adds a $75 rush fee per trip, not per unit, listed on your texted quote.
Why does having details ready matter for same-day porta potty delivery?
Same-day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. A call that takes 4 minutes gets in before noon. A call that needs 3 callbacks for a gate code or address may miss it. Having 7 details ready keeps the order on today's truck and not tomorrow morning's.
Miss noon and the unit still comes. It arrives the next morning, Monday through Saturday, with no rush fee.
What 7 things should I have ready before I call?
Have these 7 details ready: the address or GPS pin, the number of units, the type of unit, the exact spot, any gate code or lock combo, how long you need it, and who pays. With those 7 answers, our desk can quote, book and dispatch in one call during business hours.
- Address or pin. A street address, or a GPS pin for a lease, park or ranch.
- How many units. A count of people and hours works if you are not sure.
- Which unit. Standard, flushing with sink, or wheelchair-accessible.
- The spot. Firm, level ground with about 5 feet of clear path.
- Gate access. Codes, combos or a name at the gate.
- How long. Up to 3 days is an event rental; longer runs on a 28-day cycle.
- Who pays. The card or ACH holder, or who should get the quote.

Can I get a porta potty today where I am?
Same-day delivery runs in 2 zones. Zone 1 is the Midland and Odessa metro, including Greenwood, Gardendale and West Odessa. Zone 2 covers towns up to about 50 miles out, such as Stanton, Andrews and Big Spring. Zone 3 is next-day standard. Zone 4 needs 1 to 2 days' notice.
| Zone | Example towns | Same-day? | Event delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 | Midland, Odessa, Greenwood, Gardendale | Yes, order by noon | Included |
| Zone 2 | Stanton, Andrews, Big Spring, Monahans | Yes, order by noon | +$45 per trip |
| Zone 3 | Lamesa, Pecos, Kermit, Hobbs NM | Only if a truck is routed there | +$95 per trip |
| Zone 4 | San Angelo, Abilene, Ozona | No, book 1–2 days ahead | Quoted by mileage |

Need a unit today?
Call (432) 239-8885 before 12:00 PM, Mon–Sat. Have your address or pin ready.
How do I mark the spot if I can't be there?
Mark the spot with a cone, a flag or a chalk X. Or text us a photo or a map pin. You do not need to be on site. The driver calls or texts 30 to 60 minutes before arrival. That gives you time to unlock a gate or move a vehicle.
A photo works best for a backyard, a church lot or a job site with several buildings. Stand where the unit goes and take one wide shot.
Avoid soft ground, slopes and spots under low wires. A standard unit is about 91 inches tall.
What if the site has no street address?
Send a GPS pin, or a lease name with gate directions. Parks, cemeteries, ranches and oilfield leases often have no street address. Add any gate code or lock combo in the same text. There is no lease-road surcharge unless the truck needs a 4x4 tow to reach the spot.
Caliche roads, cattle guards and locked ranch gates are normal out here. Tell us about them on the first call, not when the driver is at the gate.
How much more does same-day delivery cost?
Same-day delivery adds a $75 rush fee per trip, not per unit. A standard porta potty starts at $175 pre-tax for up to 3 days, with Zone 1 delivery included. A timed 1-hour window adds $45. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added. There is no fuel surcharge and no card fee.
Almost half our callers start with price.

What happens after I book a same-day unit?
After you book, you get a texted itemized quote, usually within 15 minutes during business hours. Pay by card or ACH to lock the order. The driver calls or texts 30 to 60 minutes out. The unit arrives clean and stocked with 2 or more toilet-paper rolls and hand sanitizer.
For a short rental, pickup is set for the day you choose within the rental window. For a longer need, the rental can switch to a 28-day cycle with weekly service. Our same-day and short-term rentals page covers 1-day to 2-week needs.

More questions about Same-Day Porta Potty: What to Have Ready
If I call at 11:45, is that still in time for same-day?
Yes, 11:45 is in time. Call by 12:00 PM (noon), Monday through Saturday, for same-day delivery in Zone 1 or Zone 2. Orders after noon go out the next morning with no rush fee. In Zone 3, same-day happens only if a truck is already routed there, so ask. Sunday has no deliveries.
What should I tell you first when our water is out?
Tell us the address, where the unit should sit and how many people need it. If you call by noon Mon–Sat in Zone 1 or Zone 2, we can deliver the same day for a $75 rush fee per trip. A standard unit needs no water or power, so it works during a water outage.
What do I need ready if another vendor no-showed?
Have the address, unit count and event start time ready, then call (432) 239-8885 by noon Mon–Sat. We tell you on the call whether a truck can reach you today. Same-day adds a $75 rush fee per trip. You talk to our own desk, not a broker.
Do I need to be there when the truck comes?
No. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk X, or text us a photo or map pin. The driver calls or texts 30 to 60 minutes before arrival. That call gives you time to unlock a gate or move a car if needed.
Is the rush fee charged for each unit?
No. The same-day rush fee is $75 per trip, not per unit. Three units on one truck to one address carry one $75 fee. The fee shows as its own line on your texted quote, along with units, delivery and 8.25% Texas sales tax.
Can I pay over the phone so the truck can leave?
Yes. We take card or ACH. Event rentals are paid at booking, so paying on the call lets dispatch move right away. There is no deposit and no card fee. For a 28-day rental, the first cycle is paid at delivery.
